I’m Alex Millar — a music educator, multi-instrumentalist, professional recording artist, songwriter, producer and audio engineer whose career spans teaching, international touring, major-label recording, composition, live performance and full-cycle music production.
My work bridges two worlds that are often treated separately: professional music-making and music education.
I bring the experience of the stage, recording studio and music industry directly into the classroom, rehearsal room and individual lesson — helping musicians develop technical ability, creative confidence, artistic identity and a practical understanding of how music is actually made.
